Who is Scott Joss?

Stepping Out

Scott moved to Sacramento. Dennis Barney, another old-time musician, became a mentor as Scott honed his craft and paid his dues.

Pete Anderson spotted Scott and took an interest in his music and progress. He introduced Scott to Dwight Yoakam, and by 1988 Scott was commuting to Los Angeles, backing Dwight with harmonising vocals and playing that wonderful fiddle while working his full-time job with the Babylonian Cowboys.

All by Myself

Scott proved himself to be a reliable and versatile team player, but he had his own aspirations, too. His solo work led to Souvenirs being released in 1996.
